Step 1

Initial Discovery Meeting To Discuss Your Kitchen Design And Function

During the initial discovery meeting you will meet with one of TruCustom Cabinets design professionals to discuss the functional requirements and aesthetic design of your new custom kitchen cabinetry. During this consultation we will take measurements along with build requirements to ensure we provide you with an accurate quote.  Your quote will reflect the construction, installation, and finish.  Don’t worry about getting it right the first time, during the design process you’ll have many opportunities to submit changes and review your cabinet drawings before we start building.

Within 3-5 business days you will be provided a detailed kitchen fabrication and installation estimate for the scope of work requested to bring your custom kitchen to life. This will also include a review of any considerations that may be present (like electrical outlets needing to be moved, added lighting, access panels for plumbing, etc.). We will answer any questions you may have and if possible – can rework the estimate to meet budget considerations.

Step 3

Reverification Of Measurements & Kitchen Architectural Drawings

The old adage of “Measure Twice, Cut Once” is one that we live by.
Once you have approved your estimate and are ready to move forward in the design process, our kitchen design & cabinet build specialist will meet with you again to re-verify measurements, re-affirm aesthetics and review function for your dream kitchen. After this meeting we will begin architectural drawings so you can see your new kitchen cabinets come to life. Communication in this phase is critical to make sure we build your new cabinetry exactly how you envision; we encourage our customers to throw out as many ideas and ask tons of questions during this phase.
